As if Christina Haack and Ant Anstead are appearing on screen together seemingly totally happy?! If it wasn’t groundbreaking enough that Christina was co-starring with her first ex, Tarek El Moussa, and his new wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, on The Flip Off, now Ant’s in the picture, too.
What happened between Christina Haack and Ant Anstead?
Appearing on The Flip Off this February, Ant jokingly suggests Christina and her ex, Tarek, are “flirting.”
Tarek and Christina have been co-parenting for some time, and they appear to get on fine for their kids.
But, the same can’t be said for Christina and Ant who actually went years feuding with one another.
After splitting from Tarek in 2016, she went on to meet Ant a year later and the two married in 2018.
They welcomed a son in 2019 but separated a year later.
After that, Christina and Ant weren’t on the best of terms and endured a custody battle.
However, the Flip Or Flop star’s most recent split from Josh Hall appears to have resulted in a reconciliation between herself and Ant.
Speaking on The Flip Off, Christina explained how she and Ant had an emotional reunion last year:
“I walked up to Ant’s door. He gave me a huge hug. We hadn’t hugged in years… He just said ‘I’m so sorry for everything you’re going through and I’m here for you no matter what you need.’ It was a very nice moment. We had a long talk after and we decided to put all the BS aside and be good co-parents,” writes People.
Are they back together now?
No, Ant and Christina aren’t a couple these days.
After their bitter divorce in 2020, they went through some tough times.
But, nowadays, they’re getting on well as co-stars and co-parents.
Speaking on The Flip Off, it seems Ant. has some regrets about how he and Christina hadn’t been getting along.
He said: “As parents, it took us four and a half years to get to that point, which is really shameful. You and I will be connected forever because we have a kid. So ultimately, I have to stand by the mother of my kid.”
