Last year, things went from messy to a total train wreck for the Selling Sunset cast. The real estate pros are known for being shady towards one another, but Bre Tiesi having a whole lawsuit filed against her?!
Well, that wasn’t on anyone’s bingo card. Now, Chrishell Stause has reignited her feud with Bre and accused her of some seriously shocking things.
Chrishell Stause claims Bre Tiesi ‘used a slur’
Last year, Bre Tiesi explained how she’s no longer friends with any of the Selling Sunset cast while appearing on We Need To Talk with Paul C Brunson.
Her comment came months after a lawsuit was filed against her by former employees Lucy Poole, Amanda Bustard, and Kenneth Gomez, per Page Six.
They alleged they were subjected to “continuous, pervasive, objectively, and subjectively offensive harassment” during their time working for Bre.
One of the real estate agent’s former employees, Kenneth Gomez, who’s also a member of the LGBTQ community, claimed: “Ms. Tiesi-Moran would repeatedly make derogatory and demeaning comments about members of the LGBTQ community.”
Per a July 2024 report from InTouch Weekly, Bre fired back at the lawsuit and, per documents obtained by the outlet, she “denied all allegations of wrongdoing.”
The Selling Sunset star “argued the claim she did not allow harassment and exercised ‘reasonable care to correct promptly any alleged harassing, discriminatory or retaliatory behaviour’.
“The Complaint is barred, in whole or in part, because [Bre] conduct was privileged, justified, and/or permissible under California law, consistent with community standards, and Defendants had a good-faith belief that it had a legal right to engage in the conduct,” stated Bre’s lawyer.
A feud also ensued between Bre and some co-stars, including Chrishell. Now, Chrishell is making a claim that seemingly suggests Bre “used a slur” while filming Selling Sunset.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Chrishell said of where she stood with Bre last year.
“It’s difficult. I have inside knowledge that was disappointing to learn about certain things… I wish her the best, but I wouldn’t say we’re on great terms,” she explained.
When it comes to Chrishell’s reasons for “taking a step back” from her co-star, she claimed the mom of one “used a slur” during filming for Selling Sunset.

As well as accusing Bre of “using slurs,” Chrishell shared a screenshot of Bre’s controversial Instagram Story.
Ahead of Selling Sunset season nine, Chrishell seems to be warning people of what’s to come.
She highlighted how Bre is seemingly supporting a brand called ‘MAGA Bracelets’.
She wrote: “Some people are great for TV, but when it comes to talking about our real issues (using slurs etc) they tend to be cut.
“So use this as a guideline when you watch season nine,” added the Netflix star.
In another IG Story, Chrishell reposted an article about the lawsuit that was filed against Bre last year.
The Selling Sunset OG wrote: “…her posting that triggered me since we had to tiptoe around the real issues while filming because of this lawsuit…”
Reality Shrine has reached out to Bre but has not received a response. Despite this, it would be expected she would deny these allegations as she previously has denied using slurs.
Bre claims it’s a ‘misunderstanding’
After Chrishell called Bre out on Instagram for seemingly promoting ‘MAGA bracelets’ in her IG Stories, Bre responded.
Referring to the jewellery post, Bre explained how she’s “far from MAGA” in her political standing.
The Netflix star added how the posting was an “oversight” that she was extremely sorry ended up getting posted.
She wrote: “…when tagging the brand, this was not properly researched into making sure the correct brand was being tagged…”
Bre seemingly also took the opportunity to shade Chrishell right back.
She added: “Nobody should be taking my story and assuming I mean something else without context for their own benefit….”
Her explanation post doesn’t seem to be washing with Chrishell, who also clapped back.
Chrishell wrote: “I just saw her excuse,” alongside an eye-roll emoji.
She added: “…it’s all the same brand and MAGA was highly featured right next to her wrist…”
